Ambrosia

Artist's Statement:
This video really put Ambrosia on the map, and gave it high visibility. While living in Japan, I often ate at restaurants that had a Zen atmosphere that calmed, and made one more sensitive to the act of eating. At Ambrosia, I made the video to move extremely slowly, and as organically as possible. The long projection wall becomes an rippling waterfall, a camellia covered wall, a picture window, swimming koi, and so on. It's now a great space to dine, savor food and wine and relax.
