Producer, “Robyn’s Report” KCTV, Japan (2000-01)
- Produced fifty-two five minute programs for Robyn’s Report, which were broadcast weekly on Yokohama area cable television. Covered topics on art, travel and social commentary. Robyn’s Report developed a loyal following of more than 180,000 viewers.
- Performed all aspects of digital production: taping, editing, audio, scripting, and Japanese narration.
Owner/President and Educator, V.I.P International, Ltd., Yokohama, Japan (1988-1997)
- Contracted with Junior and Senior colleges, high schools and corporations to educate their employees/students in Western art, history and culture and the English language.
- Designed, instituted and extensively taught: customized educational and academic curriculums, testing, and assessment at the following locations: Shonan College, Kanazawa Bunkyo Women’s College, Kanazawa Hakkei College, two high schools, and more than forty corporations.

Video Artist and Public Gallery Founder, “Gallery-Q,” Shibuya, Tokyo (1999-2002)
- Founder of public art gallery venue on Japan’s largest outdoor video screen (70ftx60ft) located on the exterior of the Q-FRONT building in Shibuya, Tokyo. Initiated and negotiated with the screen owners and producers for one-minute video art and graphics screenings to be broadcasted hourly on the screen.
- Created and produced numerous video art pieces for the art launch, and established the screen as an ongoing public venue for urban artists.
- Consultant to Hakuhodo Advertising Co. Ltd for future urban screen galleries located internationally. Hakuhodo later brought the One Minute of Art Program to NYC.
Video Documentary Producer and Mentor, Asia Press International (API), Tokyo (1997-2002)
- Asia Press is an internationally award winning collective of freelance Asian and foreign video journalists that provide in-depth background new stories and documentaries for international TV networks (CNN, BBC, NHK). Trained under Akihiro Nonaka, one of Japan’s top print, photo and video journalists, and then later mentored junior videographers at API.
- Produced, taped and edited two documentaries for broadcast on Japanese national television.
Photo and Audio Journalist. Active Magazine, ALC Press, Tokyo (1997-02)
- Wrote travel articles and provided the magazine with photographs from twenty countries.
- Recorded on location and later edited “Audio Journeys” for compact disc audio stories.

- Director and camera woman for on location videotaping assignments for contracts with major accounts; MTV, Adidas and CocaCola, Japan. Developed a reputation for distinctly creative and high quality visual images.
